BLUE vs GRAY: THE CIVIL WAR CARD GAME

Both sides deploy as below and place any leftover cards in numerical order use Historical Scenario rules regarding Late-War & Emancipation. The game begins on Step 2: Deploy/Move of the CSA turn. (In game-terms, the actual battle lasted for 2 turns: A CSA attack, followed by a USA attack.) Victory is determined as in a normal game.
BLOODY APRIL

As Grant advanced down the Tennessee River toward Corinth, he had been lulled into a false sense of security. He did not know that a large, concealed Rebel army was about to appear, as if out of nowhere, to strike his divided forces and attempt to drive the Northern armies out of Tennessee. It was the first time Grant was ever ambushed. It was the last time.

It is April 1862.  Will Johnston strike Grant’s divided forces or will he hold at Corinth and maybe even send some forces east?  And will Jackson prevail in the Valley?  It’s all up to you.
