German AGS/AGC Interface

1. All types of replacement points are non-transferrable between AGS and AGC

2. AGS/AGC Boundary.

  • Location: A line running from the west edge of map D to the east edge of map H along the tops of the hexes on the map edges of maps D and H which overlap maps E and G.
  • Boundary Shift: By mutual agreement of all Axis players, the AGC/AGS boundary may be shifted no more than five hexes north or south of the original boundary line (still running in a straight E-W line across the maps) once during the course of the scenario froAm GT1 through GT28 inclusive. Boundary shift would be the first action undertaken during the Strategic Segment. AGC units now on the AGS side of the boundary would become subordinate to AGS and vice versa.
  • AGN/AGC Boundary rules apply.
  • No air units in AGC can perform air missions in AGS and vice versa. With the possible exception of three Ju87 air units, no air units may transfer from AGC to AGS. No air units may transfer from AGS to AGC.
  • Except as listed below (and boundary shift, above), ground units cannot transfer between AGS and AGC or vice versa.

Withdrawals from AGS to AGC: GT1 to GT28 - none; GT33 - 79 Div (if Hitler Plan in effect); GT38 - 98 Div (if Hitler Plan in effect)

Withdrawals from AGC to AGS (note: units slated for withdrawal to AGN must stay in AGC if not withdrawn. If withdrawn, they cannot be sent to AGS):

GT6 - 1xJu87 If withdrawn, remove from any status box of AGC Air Display. Place one AGS Ju87 immediately in the Ready Box of the AGS Air Display. Note: The AGS stuka pool gp (#2) is no longer all or nothing. Each Stuka withdrawn from AGC counts as -1 VP to AGS. If not withdrawn, score -1 VP to AGC and remove one Ju87 from the AGS Pool Gp #2. The remaining two Ju87s may be used on GT17.

GT7 - 70 Arty. If not withdrawn from AGC, score -1 VP for AGC, and remove 70 Arty from reinf track of AGS. If withdrawn from AGC, remove the AGC counter and bring in the regularly scheduled AGS counter.

GT7 - 801 Arty. If not withdrawn from AGC, score -1 VP for AGC, and remove 801 Arty from reinf track of AGS. If withdrawn from AGC, remove the AGC counter and bring in the regularly scheduled AGS counter.

GT7 - 815 S-H Arty. If not withdrawn from AGC, score -1 VP for AGC. Since the counter is not listed on the AGS reinforcement track, there is no AGS counter to remove. If withdrawn, place the AGC 815 S-H counter on the AGS reinf track to enter on GT13, entry code w.

GT14 - I/84 S-H Arty. If not withdrawn from AGC, score -1 VP for AGC. Since the counter is not listed on the AGS reinforcement track, there is no AGS counter to remove. If withdrawn, place the AGC I/84 S-H counter on the AGS reinf track to enter on GT20, entry code w.

GT17 - 2xJu87: One or both may be withdrawn. If withdrawn, remove from any status box of AGC Air Display. Place one or two (depending on the number withdrawn from AGC) AGS Ju87s immediately in the Ready Box of the AGS Air Display, scoring -1 VP to AGS for each one placed. Any AGS Ju87s not placed are removed from the pool box and not used in the scenario. If not withdrawn, score -1 or -2 VPs to AGC and remove one or both unused Ju87s from the AGS Pool Gp #2.

GT26 - 8SS Mot Rgt and 10SS Mot Rgt: Both are withdrawn or neither is withdrawn. If not withdrawn, score -2 VPs to AGC and remove the 8SS and 10SS mot rgts from AGS Pool Gp#1. If withdrawn, remove from AGC maps. Axis AGS players then have option to enter (or not enter) them from Pool Gp #1 on GT27.

AGC Reinforcement Pool Groups

#1 - Remove from play if AGS Pool Group #4 is taken.

#2 - Do not use. All divisions in play in AGS

#3 - Remove from play if 96 Div is taken from AGS Pool Gp #5

#4 - 5 Pz may be employed normally in AGC or can also be deployed to AGS at a cost of -8 VPs to AGS. Entry code w.

#5 - No change to use in AGC. Cannot be used in AGS.

#6 - No change to use in AGC. Cannot be used in AGS.

AGS Reinforcement Pool Groups

#1 - Group cannot be used in AGC. If used, full VP cost to AGC is paid regardless iof whether the 8SS and 10SS can enter. If 8SS and 10SS have been withdrawn from AGC, they cannot enter until GT27. If the 8SS and 10SS are not withdrawn, remove the 8SS and 10SS from this AGS Pool Group.

#2 - This is no longer an "all or nothing" group. Each Ju87 counts as -1VP to AGS. One Ju87 may possibly be entered on GT6 if one Ju87 is withdrawn from AGC. One or two Ju87s may possibly be entered on GT 17 if one or two Ju87s are withdrawn from AGC.

#3 - No change in AGS deployment. cannot be used in AGC.

#4 - Remove from play if AGC Pool Group #1 is taken.

#5 - The 15, 110, and 112 Divs are no longer part of this Pool Group. They are deployed in AGC. The 96th Div alone may be deployed to AGS at a -1 VP cost. Remove from play if taken from Pool Group #3 in AGC.

#6 - 2 Pz may be employed normally in AGS or can also be deployed to AGC at a cost of -8 VPs to AGC. Entry code w.

#7 - May be employed normally in AGS. Cannot be used in AGC.

#8 - May be employed normally in AGS. Cannot be used in AGC.

#9 - The Para Rgt may be employed normally in AGS or can also be deployed to AGC at a cost of -1 VP to AGC. Entry code w/c.
