These link rules came about because of a call from Gene Billingsley
before the first GMT Games weekend last year when he knew a group was
assembling to play a combined AGS/AGC campaign game. These rules were
later used at Origins '99 for a similar combined campaign game. Bear in
mind that these linkage rules are more of a framework for gentlemen's
agreements than absolute dictates as the BSRs are. I believe these rules
are substantially complete, but if you find gaps or omissions, please
let me know.
