Counter Errata The A/B Jaegers are Light Infantry. The counter is missing the LT designation. 4.2.1.1 (Addition) The American player wins a DECISIVE victory at the end of game turn 12 if the British player does not have (without the presence of an American ZOC) a Parade Order infantry or light infantry unit in either of these hexes: Birmingham Meeting House (hex 1910) and Proctor's Battery (hex 1127). 9.4.1 (Addition) All American units except for Maxwell's Detachment and the turn 5D reinforcements... 9.5.3: (Correction) Should read "Maxwell's Detachment is restricted to stay south of Maxwell's Detachment Boundary, but may freely cross Brandywine Creek. Once they cross the creek, they are restricted by the American Bivouac Area." 9.6.3: (Clarification) The Proctor Artillery may not move during the movement phase until its hex (hex 1127) has been attacked by the British in Close Combat. It may retreat due to R or D results caused by Rifle Fire or Defensive Artillery Fire. 11.2.3 2): (Addition) Add to the end of the paragraph - If both the firing and target units' hexes have slope hexsides and the range is 3 hexes, the intervening hexside must also be a slope hexside with the same orientation as the other two hexsides. If this intervening hexside is not a slope hexside or the orientation is different, the LOS is blocked. 12.1.3: (Addition) Pinned defending units may not receive a Diversion. 12.1.15: (Addition) An attacking unit may not advance into a hex outside the American Bivouac Area unless it has been released or is otherwise not restricted to stay within the American Bivouac Area (for example, Maxwell's Detachment may advance across Brandywine Creek). This may prevent the attacker from advancing any units. 15.1.2: (Correction) A unit's modified morale is the unit's base morale plus the unit's army morale modifier [See 15.2.3-5]. The rest of the sentence is deleted. 16.2.3: (Addition) American units may not choose to conduct Close Combat against a hex outside the American Bivouac Area until they are released unless they are Pinned in which case they are required to attack. 17.1.1 (New Rule): Pinned units in the Birmingham Meeting House (hex 1910) which pay the morale penalty to not attack do NOT have to leave the hex. This is an exception to the second bullet of 13.1.9. These units in the Birmingham Meeting House may not attack other enemy units this player-turn. Fire Combat DRMs (Addition): -1 if defender in a town hex. This is indicated on the Terrain Effects Chart Terrain Key (Correction): The Terrain Key shows Breastworks but they should be identified as Fieldworks which matches the rules and charts. Order of Battle (Correction): The Pennsylvania Militia is actually the Pennsylvania Militia Brigade and is directly under the command of the Left Wing. Order of Battle (Correction): The British 44th appears twice. It is part of the 3rd Brigade. Delete the reference to it in the 2nd Brigade. Questions and Answers
